 The sweetest Spring (or early Autumn!) late vintage Laura Ashley floral smocked dress in soft needlecord cotton.

100% cotton

Labelled 2-3 years but seems on the larger side, so I would say it would fit beyond age 3, please check measurements

there is an very slight mark on the back just down from the collar, please see photo
